Requirements:
 

- Work experience in FMCG sector in European Company more than 5 years(must be)
- Excellent in English, Azeri, Russian
- MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economy

Responsibilities:

  

- On-going analysis and action steps on product portfolio, shelf pricing and new launches
- Follow up on products/range profitability in line with annual commitments
- Align and ensure most effective exploitation of agreed annual marketing budgets
- Re-shape and implement relevant product launches and promos of Russia
- Analysis of consumer trends, consumer insights and turning them into effective marketing actions
- Follow up and inform on competition activities, develop and implement effective (pro)fense and defense plans
- Visiting and sharing experience during annual international brand marketing meetings;
- On-going communication with brands overlays contacts with objective of understanding and implementation of the most relevant strategies
- Communication with functional peers within CIS hub for taking the right decisions on different marketing actions
- Strive to instantly innovate and renovate the additional tactical events in order to fuel up the brands growth
- Decide and set up the effective TV media communication after alignment with management
- Align with and set media tenders, pitches with corresponding third parties
- Instantly follow up on TV media buying prices (CPP) quality and quantity of the jobs delivered by the media agencies;
- Ensure proper trade marketing support (POP) for each marketing initiative
- Instant contact with the advertising goods and services vendors with the aim of improvement on costs and quality of the delivered jobs
- Prepare and align all the necessary internal documents prior to launch of each initiative
- Instant communication within team in order to possess maximum information and give
the right direction for most effective execution of each marketing initiative
- Initiative post evaluation and
- Investing the time and experience into the growth of high potential individuals within marketing organization
- Motivate the sales and marketing people in order to achieve maximum possible results in terms of volumes
and profits within a region
